• If you would like to return a product, no questions asked, The Creations Company  will charge you a re-stocking fee of 15% on the invoiced MRP.
  • Please write to us at [email protected]   , and we will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours of receiving your request.
  • You can only request a return within 15-25 days of receiving the product. Products must be returned in their original packaging with the price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, invoices etc.
  • You must drop the product(s) at the our  address.
  • The product should not have been installed, or the product(s) should not have any wear and tear. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by The Creations Company in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.
  • Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.
  • It takes 15 to 25 working days for us to process the refund when we receive the same in good condition.
  • To issue a credit note against the returned items (perfect condition), it could take up to 2-3 business days.

Exchange:

  • If you have received a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please get in touch with the customer service by email at [email protected] – within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed will not be entertained.
  • On receiving Your complaint, The Creations Company shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if  company is convinced that the complaint is genuine, The creations company  will start initiate the replacement process.
  • In order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:
  • Please notify The Creations Company   of receipt of a damaged/defective/incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours, The Creations Company shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • Products should be unused.
  • The Creations Company will  not  arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective/incorrect Product through its logistics partner.   Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon consultation with The Creations Company.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.
  • The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by The Creations Company in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
  • Once the product is received by The Creations Company the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 7-15 days.
